A Bit About Me
Christa Stauder, E-RYT 200, YACEP, LCCE, CLC, CD (DONA), found yoga in 2009. After practicing for two years and experiencing the healing power of yoga first hand, Christa decided to pursue teaching. in 2011, she completed her training with Pam Schulte at Just Practice Yoga and obtained a prenatal/postnatal certification.
In 2012, Christa started a prenatal yoga program at Mercy Hospital St. Louis. She completed her Lamaze Certified Child Birth Education in 2013 while also becoming a certified doula. In 2015 she became a Certified Lactation Counselor. Christa is also certified in Dancing for Birth, BOND and is a car seat technician.
Christa has found a passion for empowering and helping women through pregnancy and the postpartum days. She is committed to providing women with knowledge, confidence, and a sense of community support as they embark on the journey of pregnancy, birth and starting a family.

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to connect with your body, your baby, and other moms to be. Yoga can help you maintain a healthy pregnancy while relieving the general aches and pains of pregnancy as well as preparing you for the labor and birth.
Private and Group classes
Offering private and group classes for the first time parents or those parents who need a refresher for the next time around.
Supporting new moms through all stages of breastfeeding. I will come to your home and help support you through any of your breastfeeding needs or concerns.

As a Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.

After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.

Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.

Yoga is an excellent way to connect with your baby while connecting with other moms to be. Yoga can help relieve the general aches and pains of pregnancy, aid in a healthy pregnancy and aid in the labor and birth process.
